Returns & replacements
Request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for anything damaged, defective, or not as described.

Reach out within 7 days
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@snugllama.in with your order number. For damaged items, add a quick photo.

We arrange the pickup
We’ll schedule a reverse pickup where available, or share a simple return address if not.

Quick inspection
Once it reaches us, we check the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund or replacement
We refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or ship a replacement — your choice.

- Items that arrived damaged or defective

- Unused items in original packaging
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Used or washed items, or missing packaging
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such)
- Damage from misuse or normal wear
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, here’s how the money comes back.
Refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we’ll collect your details over WhatsApp or email and process it within 5–7 business days.
