Every order, prepaid or COD, is checked, packed and on its way within 1 to 2 days.
Tracking link lands in your inbox and on SMS. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days by pincode. Couriers can wobble by a day either way.
Free shipping, always. Cash on Delivery is free too, you pay the courier exactly the order value, no COD fee.
Something not right, damaged, or not what you ordered? WhatsApp us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out for you, either a replacement or a refund.
Back to the original payment method once the return reaches us. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Requests after the 7-day window, and damage from misuse or normal wear, are not eligible.
