We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment it's on its way.

Every order ships with a tracking link sent to your phone and email. You can also reply to that message, or contact us with your order number and we'll check for you.

Yes — COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India. You'll see it as an option at checkout if it's available for your address.

Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See the full policy on Shipping & Returns.

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8447410100 or email hello@snugllama.in with your order number and a photo (for damaged items). We'll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we'll refund via UPI or bank transfer.

Most of our objects just need an occasional wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Any specific care notes are on the individual product page under Materials & Make.

Every item is covered against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, reach out within the return window and we'll make it good.
