Orders & Delivery

Orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location:

  • Metros: 2–3 days
  • Rest of India: 4–6 days
  • Remote areas: 6–9 days

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a live tracking link via SMS and email.
You can track your order after login.

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us. You can request a re-dispatch for a ₹100 fee.

Yes — we offer free returns on all orders, and you’ll receive a full refund once the item reaches us.

This applies to both prepaid and COD orders, no deductions.
